The meters are owned by the local electricity and gas distribution companies and you need to contact them for this information.

As a quick check look at the meters and note the speed of the smallest unit dial. Switch on an appliance in your home that uses a lot of power and look at the dials again, your meter will have speeded up. Switch off the appliance and confirm that the meter has now slowed down.
